The Big Fat Bike Ride will be taking place on 7th May 2022. It’s a non-competitive amateur bike ride consisting of four distances - 25, 50, 75 & 100 miles. The riders will be setting off from 7.30am from Ilkley Rugby Club, riding around the dales and arriving back at the rugby club by 5.30pm. We’ll be needing assistance at 4 locations (4 vehicles) from 8.45am to around 2.45pm.
Riders are expected to look after their own punctures but if anyone has a bike pump to hand, it might be handy to bring along. Lunch can be provided at one of the 3 Lunch stops - Kettlewell Village Hall, Burnsall Village Green and Malham Visitor Centre, but this will be confirmed as we might deliver to you for those who are in locations beyond lunch-time..
