How do I report a post?

From the forum guide documentation:

Reporting Posts
Each post on the website has a small button (illustrated below) in the bottom left of the screen above the ‘Post Reply’ button which allows users to report inappropriate posts on the site.

Below the avatar:

There is this button:
http://www.yorks-lincs4x4response.or...portbutton.png

Once clicked it will take you to this screen:
http://www.yorks-lincs4x4response.or...tpostentry.png

Once you have clicked this button you will be asked for a description of why the post should be removed. Please fill in as much accurate information as possible. This will alert the technical team to a potential issue which they will investigate as soon as possible and if appropriate editing/removing the offending post, contacting the offending user and if required issuing an infraction for that user. If the offending data is not in a post you can use the contact form in the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every page to contact the technical team. In situations where posts are within sub-teams within the group the team lead will be contacted before any intervention by the technical team.

Obviously in addition to the above, depending on the seriousness of the issue it may be escalated to committee-level for a decision or further actions.

Ladies/Gents, this feature was implemented with the intention that it never has to be used due to the professionalism and maturity of responders, some of whom you have or will undoubtedly be placing your trust and potentially your/your families lives in an emergency situation. I do not expect to have to deal with responders squabbling or calling each other names, that sort of behaviour and lack of respect is to be reserved for kids' chat-rooms please.

Cheers

Patrick
